There are also some links within the first link that discuss indie local multiplayer games as well. Introduction We're all familiar with the Hotline Miami's, Hollow Knight's, and Celeste's of the world. These are some of the indie games that hit the big time. Of course, for every one of these games, there's 100 other indie games that have been glossed over, relegated to a spot in a digital store few people will ever find themselves in. I wanted to bring attention to some of these lesser known indie games once again. Details About the List I'm going to order them according to Metacritic Critic Ratings. Two of the games towards the bottom have a pretty low rating that I personally disagree with, but it's only fair that you hear from more than just me. I’ve also selected a music track I enjoyed for each game for all you audiophiles out there. Price will include a link to the U.S. store page of the game. Price is in U.S. dollars. 1. Ultra Hat Dimension
Description: Ultra Hat Dimension follows Bea through a series of rooms in a palace on a quest to undo the magical spell that has made the mythical Spluff creatures want to attack one another. There is a little bit of backstory via one sentence thoughts from Bea in between levels, but nothing major here. The gameplay revolves equipping four different types of hats and using them to evade or push Spluffs around to retrieve the key and reach the door. Each Spluff dons one of four different hats which effects their behavior towards other Spluffs and you. You will be punched one tile back by every Spluff unless you’re wearing the same hat as the Spluff. Spluffs interact with one another differently depending on what hat they’re wearing in a rock, paper, scissors kind of way – they may punch a Spluff back one space, get into a scuffle that allows you to get close to them without wearing a hat, or they may temporarily disable them in a way that allows you to access the space the Spluff consumes within eight moves. There are undo and reset buttons included that allow you to quickly rewind mistakes. There are some clever puzzles accompanied by catchy tunes and a charming pixel art aesthetic. The difficulty is about average.
Completion Time: ~3 Hours
Extra Content: There is no additional content, but you can go back and replay any stage you wish.
Description: Bot Vice follows Erin Saver through a dystopian world with anthropomorphic animals and a 1990s arcade aesthetic, complete with cheesy dialogue and an announcer that shouts your item pickups with enthusiasm. Each level takes place on one screen and tasks you with defeating waves of enemies while minimizing damage to yourself. You are always locked behind a barrier at the bottom of the screen and are only able to move left and right. In terms of move set, you have a number of different guns and projectiles, your saber, your roll, and you can duck behind cover to make it through each level. Parts of the barrier can be destroyed, leading to gaps where normal enemy fire can reach you. Weapons and powerups will spawn from hitting a certain type of enemy that you’ll then have to pick up from where they land. The gameplay is fast paced and allows you to unleash a heavy amount of firepower on some very big foes. The levels are all short but will likely take a number of attempts to complete, as there is a lot to take account of on screen. Nearly every level has a mini boss appear at the end, with a main boss featured after every five levels. At the end of every level, you’ll be rated based on your completion time and health points remaining. I only got a few high ratings on my first time through, so there’s an additional challenge there if you want an A rank on every level.
Completion Time: ~3.5 Hours
Extra Content: Beating the main campaign unlocks an additional 25 levels – this is on top of the 25 bridged together in the main campaign.
Description: Golf Peaks is a card-base puzzle game that plays nothing like the actual sport of golf outside of getting a tiny ball in a hole. Instead you’ll choose your moves by using the cards at the bottom of the screen. They have different numbers and trajectory that result in hitting the bar different distances and different heights. You aim the ball up, down, left, or right, and then select the card you want to use. There are a number of different tiles that have their own effects that you have to account for. Ramps, for example, will force your ball down unless you’re able to have your ball travel to the top in one move. There were a number of times when I thought I had tried every solution just to finally find the right solution. The minimalist visual style and relaxing music service the game’s simple but engaging premise. The difficulty is about average.
Completion Time: ~3 Hours
Extra Content: There are three extra levels in each world which will add about another two hours of game time, as they are typically harder than the nine levels found in their respective world.
Description: This is actually a sequel to the Steam exclusive Horizon Shift, which sports a different aesthetic and isn’t quite as good from what I’ve read. Horizon Shift ’81 mimics the look of a fixed screen shoot ‘em up from the early 1980s but comes with a few twists of its own. Your ship is positioned in the middle of the screen on a horizontal line rather than the bottom, and you have to flip between sides to deal with enemies coming from both the top and the bottom. The line can be broken in different places – leaving a gap where you can fall to your death – by asteroids and certain projectiles. This is where the expanded moveset comes into play: you can jump between gaps and also over enemies who attach themselves to the line. Enemies on the line can also be taken out with a horizontal shield bash that regenerates after a few seconds. There is a boss after every five stages, some of which will actually bring the line down to the bottom of the screen, while others retain it in the middle. Horizon Shift ’81 has a number of customizable settings that change everything from the aesthetics, to the difficulty, to the checkpoint/lives system, to the speed of the game, and more. The two main modes are a choice between three lives with a checkpoint before and after every boss, or a checkpoint at the beginning of every level but only one life.
Completion Time: ~3.5 Hours (Normal Mode on Arcade Style)
Extra Content: There are a number of ways to customize your future playthroughs, and there’s an unlockable boss rush mode after finishing the game.
Description: This comes from the creator of Cave Story and is even considered a spiritual successor by some, though it drops the Metroidvania qualities in favor of purely linear progression. While a lot of indie games opt for the NES aesthetic, Kero Blaster feels really authentic in this regard, in both its presentation and its soundtrack. While Kero Blaster plays like most run & guns, there’s a little more platforming in the second half of the game. The weapon selection is particularly noteworthy, with each gun certain strengths and weaknesses in different scenarios. The bubble has a downward arc and works on water surfaces, while the base weapon is a straight line of projectiles. Coins are the main collectible and allow you to purchase weapon and health upgrades in the shop. So even if you lose all your lives, you’ve still made some progress towards your next upgrade. That said, I only got a game over once per stage with the exception of one stage where I got two game overs.
Completion Time: ~3 Hours
Extra Content: The extra difficulty options mixes things up with enemy placement and even new stage layouts for a fresher second run.
Description: Pato Box follows an anthropomorphic duck boxer on an adventure through a stylistic noir comic book world. “Pato” is a Spanish word that translates to “Duck” in English (the game was developed by a Mexican studio). The boss fights are heavily inspired by Punch-Out’s gameplay, but there are levels outside of these fights to help differentiate it. Most of the levels can be selected in any order you choose and typically serve as a leadup to the boss fight. Bosses are usually introduced by a cutscene followed by some dialogue taunting Pato Box. The levels play entirely differently from the fights, but the themes of the level match those of the bosses. The levels will employ various elements of evasion, stealth, exploration, and a few time-based mini-games. The casino level, for example, will have you walk around the casino looking for chips and punching the slot machines to earn enough to pay entrance to the fight, while the food factory has you evading stompers, sawblades, and butcher knives as you work your way through the level. There are variety of things to find throughout the levels: tokens for decorations in Pato Box’s room, backstory on the boss of the level and the world, and tips on how to win the upcoming fight. The fights themselves lock Pato Box in the middle of the screen, allowing you to block, juke left or right, and perform a low or high jab to the left or right. The game foregoes a HUD in favor of a visual representation of your health via scars on your body, which I thought was a nice touch. While the levels and bosses play pretty differently from each other, they’re weaved together by a dark and intriguing story that follows Pato Box’s quest for retribution against an evil corporation.
Completion Time: ~7 Hours
Extra Content: There are motion controls for the boss fights exclusive to the Switch version of the game. There’s also an Arcade Mode that lets you replay boss fights and some collectibles to find.
Description: This is a 3D platformer that reportedly takes inspiration from both MediEvil and Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. There’s about equal amounts of platforming and combat in this game. While the combat is relatively simple, you’re given a variety of weapons that all feel unique. The levels have a good amount of variety within them – you’ll jump between ships on a ferry ride, ride an undead horse through the sky, play a few mini games as a headless Jack, and fight a boss at the end of each of the six levels. Both the combat and platforming are relatively easy – platforms are typically large and Jack has an edge grab that helps tremendously, and smashing the many destructible objects around the levels increases your health. This game takes the linear adventure approach, with a number of collectibles sprinkled throughout the levels: crow skulls, presents, and gramophones. Some areas are more open and allow you to choose the order in which you do certain tasks. The game has a decent amount of dialogue in it, which does an effective job of giving some character to Jack, his two animal companions, and the rest of the cast. The visuals and soundtrack are particularly great, especially if you’re into Halloween themed media.
Completion Time: ~4 Hours
Extra Content: There’s collectibles to back for – I got about 2/3 of the collectibles on my first playthrough – skins to unlock – which are purchased with the collectibles you find in the levels – and you get to start a second playthrough with all the weapons already unlocked at the beginning. You’ll also be able to return to any level you want via the level select menu.
Description: SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption is a Soulslike boss rush - there are no levels and only small area before each boss to practice your moves. There are eight bosses, the first seven allowing you to fight in any order, each representing the seven deadly sins. You are equipped with everything the game has to offer from the beginning (except for the New Game+ weapon they give you), and instead of becoming more powerful, you gradually lose things with each boss you defeat, hence the “sacrifice” in the title. It’s like a reverse RPG. Each boss has a different sacrifice associated to it – one may deplete your throwing items’ usage, while another will deplete your health and stamina. Picking the best order to fight them in adds a little strategic thinking to the game, as you may be more dependent on your large health and stamina bar more than your throwing items’ usage, for example. The game is fairly difficult, so your victories over each boss feel very gratifying when they do come.
Completion Time: ~5 Hours
Extra Content: There is New Game+ that offers you an additional weapon.
Description: Reportedly inspired by obscure Japanese games from the late 1980s and 1990s, Tamashii blends puzzle platforming together with an oppressive atmosphere. The introduction starts with the character being willed into existence by a godlike character that tasks him with destroying the macabre forces that have taken control of and corrupted his chambers. Your character is able to spawn three inanimate clones of himself which is the primary source for most of the platforming and some of the boss fights – you’ll use them to trigger switches and open up new paths. There’s about an even mix of puzzle solving and platforming, and there’s a whole eight bosses in this short adventure (though one is a secret) that are probably the most visually interesting moments in the game. The creatures and backgrounds are effective in selling the dark presentation of the game. The difficulty is about average – maybe slightly easier than most indie puzzle platformers. There is a sequel currently in the works.
Completion Time: ~2.5 Hours
Extra Content: There are a few obscure secrets to discover. You can also play through the chambers again with a score meter.
Description: The Long Return follows an orphaned cub who retraces his steps from the last journey he took with his mother, with backstory told via memories from the past shown in the world. It’s light on story but has a satisfying conclusion. The gameplay involves some light platforming, light exploration, and a lot of puzzle solving. There are environmental puzzles, as well as puzzles that take place on a grid disconnected from the world of the cub – think The Witness or BioShock’s hacking puzzles. The game is mostly linear, with one open level in the middle that takes up about half the game’s length. There are collectibles in the form of gems that allow you to buy hints to puzzles. At the end of each level, the game will tally your deaths and gems collected over total number of gems in the level. The game’s platforming is fairly basic, and most of the puzzles are relatively easy. The game has a polygonal look that gives it a unique flavor, and the soundtrack evokes a sense of adventure.
Extra Content: You can replay the game to collect all the gems, but there is no level select menu.
Bovada account hacked, all funds lost. Customer support not getting back to me with a resolution.
My account was hacked 3 days ago, and the hacker lost all my funds playing blackjack and cash game. I chatted with customer service and they said they would give me a call within 24-48 hours to try and resolve my problem. No call came so I chatted with them again and it ended with them saying they would email me what to do but still haven’t received an email and now my account is locked and it just says contact customer service. I asked to speak to someone on the phone but they said they’re not doing phone calls because of Covid? How does that make sense? If anybody has any advice on what to do that would be great; chatting with employees who feel like bots seems helpless. Edit: Seems like all I can do now is wait for an email from bovada once they are done "investigating". They can't give a timeline for when it should be done. Edit2: I've never had anything in my life get hacked ever, so this is new to me. Also, I have never played casino games on my account, only sports betting, so hopefully Bovada can see that. UPDATE: GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK. And all my funds that were lost, minus like 300$ but I’m not tripping about that. Suck it haterz
A History of, and everything wrong with the modern Duel Arena and why it truly needs to go, from someone who has staked 100s of bils through 2007-2020.
You might know me from various videos through the years like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yo5ovtsE44k or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvM9io0mNeI. Or from being hacked by Jed for 46bil Lets start with what did the arena look like 2007 - Majority Mage boxing, profit was from people abusing IP addresses with priority (lowest multiple of 8 in last digits, who the hell knows why this gave priority please tell me, but it did). Mage boxing was really few hits with blood barrages, and you would keep a crazy high win rate and make bils if you were one of the small group who knew how first hit happened. A more innocent time, knowledge of the game was low and 4fun duels of people taking their full rune and getting farcasted in a duel vs a pure were everywhere. Then we had the restricted trade era, zzz skip Return of the wildy - It was quickly worked out that each login session gave a PID which changed on log out, you could follow someone and how you pathed said if you had highelower hit. People would spend hours relogging to get the perfect PID for first hits in rapier stakes or boxing. Big stakes between people in the know would require both people relogging, this was gamed with other ways to tell who had first hit such as delays in the accept screen. This was also a wild era, you could do things such as armor on stakes or summoning boxing (extremely high skill stake mode), people also still did things like obs on high risk stakes. This was above all a FUN time to stake, you could earn bils with good game knowledge and skill. EOC - AHAHAHAHAH JAGEX WHY, utter mess, glitches everywhere (I lost a ton because they forgot to disable butterflies of all things in the arena with EOC). People still stake on RS3 but it is scammers and glitches everywhere, close to unplayable. Old school rs release Fun times, people were not all maxed, you had people doing whatever, a mess with things like you could xlog, and pid was back to being decided by your IP address. This was the second golden era of staking, spend your days anti scamming or working out your odds vs different builds to profit. First mistake - Inventory shown, this did nothing but help scammers, this was the most braindead update I have ever seen. People still fell for say mage being turned on, but now the scammer had the safety to never stake someone who also brought runes. Second "mistake" - Tax, this made any form of "honest" odds staking dead, no more could you grind out small advantages from say using the right flicking styles, over a long period you lost out. This reduced the arena to 50/50 flips and scammers. At this point the arena was now 99% people sitting there all day hoping you didn't notice them using a rapier vs your whip. Third "mistake" - Even stakes only, good intentions to stop the x1.5 me for having 90 instead of 99 def, in reality just removed even more real people out of the arena. You can't even try beat people on a pure for better odds or something anymore. Current state of the arena - Literally no purpose but being the sand casino, no honest way to consistently profit, zero fun to use. Gambling addicts spend their real savings on money to lose it vs bots who sit there all day waiting to get a rapier vs whip stake. Tl'dr : The current state of the arena is nothing like 2007, updates that were perhaps individually good intended at the time have reduced it to an utterly unrepairable mess, delete it.
What A Day: Crash in Toomey by Sarah Lazarus & Crooked Media (12/18/20)
"Lindsey’s been a personal disappointment." - Joe Biden, in the words of so many before him What a year! We'll be on hiatus until Monday, January 4. Safe and happy holidays, and see you around the inbox in 2021.
Night Of The Living Fed
Say what you will about Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, but it takes a special kind of work ethic to spend the weekend before Christmas holding up coronavirus relief for nefarious political reasons, while taking just one quick break to get a vaccine in short supply. Sorry, not work ethic—what’s the phrase?—moral bankruptcy.
A final relief agreement remains elusive after Senate Republicans, led by Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA), decided to hold billions of dollars hostage to a late-announced demand that would cut off Federal Reserve lending programs created by the CARES Act. That’s for no purpose other than to hamstring the Biden administration, and it’s a big ol’ non-starter. As incoming NEC Director Brian Deese said in a statement: “Congress’s good faith effort to deliver immediate relief should not be delayed by provisions that could put our future financial stability at risk.”
And yet, here we are! Lawmakers have until midnight on Friday to approve an extension of federal funding (and the attached stimulus package), which does not appear likely. Thanks to Toomey’s last-minute, godawful proposal, the House has passed another stopgap spending bill and the Senate is expected to do so shortly, in order to avoid a government shutdown while negotiations continue into the weekend. Republicans: Burning the Midnight Oil to Deny You Aid Unless It Screws Over Joe Biden Somehow™.
It bears repeating that the deal Republicans are obstructing is one they’ve already hacked into an insulting sliver of what it could and should be. Where Democrats have demanded $1,200 direct payments, the restoration of $600 weekly unemployment insurance, retroactive benefits, and funding for state and local governments, Republicans have winnowed that down to $600 checks (“it’s nine months of rent, Michael, what could it cost? $10?”), $300 unemployment benefits that will end earlier as a “compromise” for those checks, and a wet raspberry to be blown in the direction of the millions of people who could lose their jobs when state and local governments have to find additional budget cuts.
In their mad scramble back to Austerity Mode, Republicans have held off calls for larger direct payments from (checks notes) Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and (squints at notes, dons bifocals) President Donald Trump.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) shot down Hawley’s bill to provide $1,200 direct payments, citing the national deficit, which he remembered this morning upon waking from a peaceful four-year slumber in a distant forest. Sending hungry families $1,200 checks would be “mortgaging our children's future,” said Johnson, who voted for a $741 billion defense budget last week. The Washington Post reported that White House aides stepped in on Thursday to stop Trump from calling for $2,000 checks, out of fear it would blow up negotiations. We’re sick of saying this all the time, but out of respect for the presidency, it seems like we should listen to what Mr. Trump has to say.
While Republicans waste time on attempted sabotage, millions of people are in for the bleakest Christmas since Melania was at the top of her decorating game. The Labor Department reported on Thursday that new unemployment claims rose to 885,000, up 23,000 from the previous week and the highest weekly total since September. Nearly 13 million Americans are behind on their rent or mortgage, according to the latest Census survey, and just under 27.4 million adults reported suffering from food scarcity. If Ron Johnson’s so concerned about our children’s future, wait ‘til he hears about their present.
The embarrassing stimulus package that Senate Republicans will eventually, begrudgingly agree to is only on the table because they worry they’ll lose both Georgia Senate runoffs next month if they don’t pass something. Imagine what relief efforts will look like if Mitch McConnell is still in power in the new year without his majority at stake, then grab a shift to help Georgia voters send him packing.
Look No Further Than The Crooked Media
Unholier Than Thou just released a very special episode with Crooked Media alum Brittany Packnett Cunningham. Phill and Brittany discuss the idea of Jesus Christ in the modern context as a social justice warrior. With Christmas fast approaching, the discussion around the identity (as a brown man, inmate, undocumented immigrant, etc.) of the holiday’s namesake is more relevant than ever. Take a listen, and make sure to subscribe to Unholier Than Thouwherever you get your podcasts →
Under The Radar
Here, we got you a little Christmas grift: Jared Kusher helped create a shell company that funneled millions of dollars in campaign funding to Trump family members. American Made Media Consultants Corporation, whose creation Kushner approved, has spent approximately half of the Trump campaign’s $1.26 billion in total funds since 2019. The company allowed the Trump campaign to shield details of its spending, and while earlier reporting pinned the whole scheme on former Trump Campaign Manager Brad Parscale, we now know that the family was directly involved: Lara Trump was AMMC’s president, Vice President Mike Pence’s nephew was (fittingly) veep, and Trump campaign CFO Sean Dollman was treasurer and secretary. Nothing a last-minute blanket pardon won’t clear up!
The extensive Russian hack of federal networks that the president has yet to acknowledge keeps getting more alarming. At least six government departments were breached in an operation that went undetected for eight months. DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency warned that malware-infused software updates from SolarWinds may not have been hackers’ only access point to government networks, and restoring security to those networks may take months. It’s still unclear how many total agencies were affected or what data may have been stolen. Anyway, remember three decades ago, in 2018, when the Trump administration eliminated the cybersecurity coordinator role on the NSC, and then spent 2019 bullying a whole bunch of cybersecurity experts out of the government? Seems like that might be worth a second look.

The FDA has authorized Moderna's coronavirus vaccine. Nearly 76,000 new voters, a majority of them under the age of 35, have registered in Georgia since the November election. A federal judge has rejected a lawsuit from Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Purdue (R-GA) aiming to get those new voters’ ballots thrown out. More than 1.1 million people in four countries have received their first coronavirus vaccine shots, according to a Bloomberg vaccine tracker that’s deeply soothing to stare at. Look at you. Thank you. Keep it going.
BACKGROUND: I started playing DR almost right after it came out of beta and was blown away by the graphics, amount of cosmetic customization (both upon char creation and amount of costumes/styles/color dyes) as well as the gameplay (particularly PVP) w/ blocks, evades, timing of skills, etc. for a phone game. Over the years, I have waxed and waned on the game, sometimes bored and not playing for a couple weeks, sometimes going back to it and playing 5+ hours a day for several days at a time.... All in all, for an action based RPG, I have yet to find a better one (e.g., Hundred Souls, BDM, and several others all fell short for various reasons, though of course there are aspects of those games that are done better than DR (nothing is perfect after all).... At the very bottom of this post, I will list out several areas that Nexon could easily improve on (the "cons" of the game), just so I don't come off as too much of a nuthugger... But first given my 2+ years of playing experience, I wanted to give a few observations and pointers (some of which I already wrote, mostly in replies to questions on other posts here): 1) everything is possible via F2P. It may not seem like it, but there is always to grind your way to a certain item or attribute or pet or costume or whatever--even super rare stuff like gilded pirate costumes or S rank att unicorns or BOTH PVE and PVP unknown weapons, and IF you strategize it right, it often won't take nearly as much time or as many RNG rolls as initially appears... Everything can and w/ enough persistence will be grinded out and eventually won via their Gatcha RNG casino system... The newly designed/layout Crafting system which got a completely rehaul about 5 or 6 updates ago, is a perfect example. Everyone bitched about it cause it was new and more complicated but actually it allowed for MUCH easier ways to craft stuff like refine stones, pet tickets etc. I won't go into details here (too long and too many things to talk about) about probabilities or RNG optimization strategies, but if there is a specific thing you want to ask, go ahead in the comments... But one example I'll give is that on my main toon it took me forever to get a decent S rank att pet. I never put a lot of thought into it... and also just figured it was a lost cause.... Ended up using a good S rank HP pet, figured my main toon was kind of a tank build anyways. But in late stages of PVE, att becomes critical (you can always dodge n avoid getting hit, but doing damage becomes harder and harder in PVE Endgame)... Anyways, I even had TWO S -rank attack unicorns on my other toons but not even a single S rank att pet (of any kind, let alone unicorn or owl or pixie) on my main. So what did I do? one day when i had the excess gold and excess time, I just spent 15 minutes crafting pet tickets, dissembling useless pets, using the dissembled materials to craft more tix, rinse wash and repeat several dozen times: and after 200+ (i shit you not, it took 200 tickets) tries I finally got my S rank att pet. It was a 46,000+ att one, not a unicorn or owl, but if I spent another 15 to 30 minutes, grinding in the same way, I'm sure I would have eventually gotten a unicorn (probability for the win). It then took around 75 mill gold to upgarde and transcend that pet, but anyways.... Morale of story: something I thought was impossible and had given up on, only took 15 minutes (and a ton of gold) when I finally put my mind to it. 2) And there are MULTIPLE ways to power (both in F2P and presumably in P2W). I dont pay any $ both out of principle but also as a challenge to myself (see point 1 above). Most things you want to accomplish in terms of upping CP or beating a specific boss can be figured out (w/o spending rl dollars) if you think about it long enough, and there is usually more than 1 way. I've seen other (more skilled) players beat Kong (guild raid) or even the Dwarf King when they are millions of CP underpowered because they figured out and executed a great strategy... There are so many different ways to grind for example.... Need polish? Auto grind GoD (or "gate of grind" as some players call it) overnight... In the morning you will have plenty of polish.... Or grind DD for polish and gold (you can also sell DD chests for tons of gold too and sell (or use for dissemble materials) the B-A+ armor and weap chests from DD.... Need gold? spend 12k gems for 40 mill, or spend 1k gems at a time on the lobby shop gift (the one they keep tucking into different categories with each update, and changing the name of...). Or sell essence (after 350 attribute level max, essence from auto clearing adven stages is basically useless). Or sell something else that is high value in your inventory that you don't need/want (emotes pieces, lower gear chests, etc. etc. etc.). There are almost always several different ways to solve one CP plateau. Be creative. Speaking of which, even though they have NERFED the lobby gem bags at least TWICE that I can recall, it's still a tremendous value. Certainly more efficient than spending 2,500 on the Refine stone gem bundles in the shop or buying breakthru or pet upgrades or weap/armoaccessory upgrades in the shop. The only thing you can't get in these gem bags are transfer fossils. They are also excellent for replenishing gold and clear tix. Altho if you are REALLY starved for gold, you could also go the 12k gem for 40mm gold in shop route as already mentioned. 3) Nexon does a good job of making adjustments as well to game mechanics, RNG odds, and gameplay difficulties. In my 2 years, there have been hundreds of tweaks to drop rates, skill damage for certain classes (best example is the mage who was underpowered compared to archer and most other classes for almost a year, then in latest update they made her basic attack roid up after certain skills, now making her on par or perhaps even better than most other classes), and gameplay difficulty (they have adjusted stage numbesr and difficulties for Raid, DuoD, GoD, Gold mine, and added new adventure levels (more difficult) at least 3-4 times EACH for all of those. The point is, they understand their own game well, listen to player feedback, and are constantly looking for ways to make: 1) things more balanced, 2) players happier, and 3) address loopholes (see above re: nerfing the lobby gem bags, when those suckers first were introduced, you could get 50+ S refines and even morph crystals in just a few bags (at 1k gems per bag), super super super good deal); and kick hackers etc. Of course they are not perfect, there are always going to be Chinese bots and Russian hackers exploiting stuff like auto running Sod level 1 or Infitinty Tower (the 2 more recent hacking issues I can think of), but Nexon did recently ban a whole bunch of people for the Infinity tower hack. They do their best and listen to player complaints, for the most part. 4) Even for F2P, it's super easy to up CP SUPER FUCKING QUICK. See Xerxanna's posts on here for details and also great advice to do so... That brings me to my next point: CONVERGENCE THEORY: this is a concept from Economics that basically says it's easier for poor countries to "catch up" to rich ones than it is for rich ones to stay ahead (e.g., 1st world countries spend billions on research for breakthrus while 3rd world ones can just piggyback off the inventions of the 1st world, e.g. Korea went directly to cell phones, they didn't have a vast network of phone towers and landlines like the U.S. did, so they just jumped to the next level with less friction/cost). DR Example: when they introduced Witch, and 2 years later the Guardian, I saw some players get these new toons to 20 mill CP within 2-3 day or less. This is because the other 5 or 6 toons (your "main" toons) will accumulate lots of loot that becomes obsolete to them but which can be used / donated to the new toons. Also, because your experience leveling up the prior toons provide a roadmap for the new one... (not to mention people hoarding EXP, gold, skill chests etc. because they knew there would be a new toon soon). That segues to my next point: 5) play all toons. Just my 2 cents. The higher CP all your toons are, the better output from farming, even if you only consider 1 or 2 of those toons to be your "mains" and spend 90% playing those 2. Example: 6 of my toons (not guardian yet) are platinum or above in Duel PVP... That means every week I get 900 to 1,400+ gems per toon for the Duel season award. Every WEEK. Just from pvp season awards, I get over 25k+ gems each week (weekly season awards, not counting win awards or dailies). Add guild season awards and daily ranked match gems, daily quest gems, and weekly quests (but tbh I don't always have time to complete the dailies or weeklies) and you'll end up easily netting anywhere from 50k to 80k+ gems a week. 6) Always contribute max amount to camp gem mine. ALWAYS. You can always change your mind and take it out before the interest accrues... But remember, as you get higher lvl in the game, gems become easier to acquire (see PVP season awards above), and 100k gems in the mine = 10k gems every 2 weeks at a 10% interest rate (more if you care to invest gems upfront to increase the interest % above 10% like I did). It's also a way I use to justify spending. For example if I throw 90k gems in the gem mine, then I feel like I can just spend the 50k or 60k I have left on things like costume chests or lobby gem bags. 7) Don't neglect any part of the game. Everything will become relevant at some point. E.g. when I was around midgame (around 15 mill CP per toon), I suddenly had more gold then I knew what to do with.... But then in endgame (20 to 25 mill CP) I discovered I almost never had enough gold. So don't forget/neglect things like gold mine just cause you got plenty gold this week. Plan ahead. Same for camp. For the longest time, I just stopped using camp and village. They seemed useless and there were more efficient (and more fun) things to spend time on... But now that acc S+ fusion is 90% (instead of 50%) all of a sudden the Jade Acc parts you can buy in the Camp shop suddenly seem super fucking valuable. Now I can't accumulate enough apples in the camp to buy Jade Acc parts (for more S+ acc fusion fodder)... Seems like quickest path to get lvl 10 transcend on my main toons' accessories to me (chime in if you found a more efficient way) . Again, this goes to Nexon tweaking stuff constantly. if there is a feature of the game that people neglect, they will try to find a way to make it slightly more fun and more rewarding (in terms of loot) so that people take a new interest in it. 8) when you have dumbass questions, your first source for answers (assuming your guildmates don't know or don't care to answer) is to check the Hall of Power and see what the top 10 to 50 players do. Just copy them. Convergence Theory again, Ta Da!!!! Example: every top player has for 1 of their 3 pages: two S (at top) wolfang and two A (at bottom) wolffang, with both the S ones having TWO gold boost traits. also a helm with two gold boost traits. That's just super obvious if you want to max gold farming when clearing advens. (but I'm sure most of you already do this) That's all I can think of for now.... Again questions are welcome. Now for some complaints and suggestions on how the game can be improved:
the Story is pretty terrible (par for course for a phone game made by a foreign company) although it is coherent and the English voice acting is top notch for an Asian game, they could do a lot to spice up adventures / Story in general. For instance, make different routes in adventures stages so that you don't have to just follow one grind stage after another. (more "choose your adventure" style and face different bosses, get different rewards in the Story depending on your pathway choices).
They also seemingly completely gave up on the Story aspect when they released the hugely OPed and difficult Dwarven adven stages (there was no corresponding Story hahahah). Just... here are some new levels and some cool monsters, but no story to explain why or continuation of the Main Quest storyline... I'm sure at some point they'll get more of a budget to rehire the voice actors and mediocre writers to craft the next part of the Story for those dwarven levels tho.. 2) this is my big one: ALLOW fking TOONS / ACCOUNTS TO BE TRASNFFERED ACROSS SERVERS GODDAMITEAH3898234Y98*(*@#$y&it()q^. i used to play on the Asia server, then I moved back to U.S. And now..... I still play on the Asia server (meaning more lag and time difference (e.g., for guild pvp), harder to find PVP matchups cuz time diff, etc.) cause I'll be goddamned if I'm going to start from scratch after 2 years just cause I'm in a different region. I see no reason they should not do this. After all, even the Hall of Power now includes ALL servers (U.S., Europe, Korea, Asia). 3) make Brawl and Camp battles more meaningful. they're IMO the funnest forms of PVP, yet yield the lowest rewards (altho arguably Brawl is somewhat useful for getting S++ crescents). Simply grant some gem awards or season awards for these to make them more rewarding to play and so that enough people play so it's easy to get a game/match going. Same for Four Guardians. Who even plays those? They could be fun as hell and a great new form of PVE if the rewards were better and the rip off of tower defense system less convoluted.... Get on it Nexon!!!! 4) make it easier to communicate among guild mates and during PVP battles and Coop raids. typing during battle is too difficult. Easily solved with some hotkeys etc. *although as an aside it is fun as hell to taunt people with Emotes during PVP :) 5) Less focus on costumes, and more on gear... Been too long (many months) before any new gear (last update was either the Unknown sets or the Glorious acc's) meanwhile there is a new costume set every fucking update... I know for some, cosmetics/beauty/fashion IS the Endgame, but come on.... 6), this is my 2nd biggest gripe: less autoplay in PVP. When fighting others who have autoplay on, it's both boring and also not fair (e.g, if I'm lagging and the CPU is able to perfectly time evades and counters despite the lag). Mostly it's boring cause auto PVP opponents are pretty easy to kill if you use the right strategies. When I'm in a team PVP and more than half the players are either bots (to fill the game) or on auto play, it is far less fun than if I'm playing w/ real people who are using their own controls instead of a computer. I've ranted about this particular gripe elsewhere so I'll stop.... Thoughts? Comments? Questions? Hope this was worth reading (kudos to those who got to end). Be well. PS I play on Asia server. Guild: Venom8 (we have 3-4 open slots at moment if anyone needs a guild) Toons: CrazyCarl, CheekyCher, SlySylvia, SaucySue, TimidTim, DeadlyDee and TardyTyler
New Class Mods for Zane and Amara from the DLC (as well as Trinkets, Guns, Shields, and whathaveyou)
Spoilers For those interested in the weapons and new mods! Go check out this thread, he actually shows them in-game and tests them out. 100% certified hot. We already know Moze's and Fl4k's, so I found Zane's and Amara's cuz I was curious. Not sure how to submit gear to the spreadsheet or I would have, I noticed they weren't up there yet with some of the datamined guns. A lot of the borderlands projects are named after flowers/trees (generally dlcs/patches are flowers, main games are trees). This one is dandelion. Thought that was cute. Zane's new mod: Seein' Dead Zane's description: Whenever Zane damages an enemy with his weapon he has a chance to automatically activate all of his [skillbold]Kill Skills[/skillbold]. Additionally, his Kill Skills gain a bonus [skillbold]$VALUE$ effect bonus[/skillbold]. Seems like an upgraded version of Fl4k's, which is a shame because I was hoping for something unique-r. That said, not complaining about the bonus kill skill effect. May be Zane's best mod, depending on the numbers. Red Text: Musha rain dum a doo, dum a da reference to: Whiskey in a Jar. Amara's new mod: Golden Rule Amara's description: Whenever an enemy damages Amara, she gains increased [skillbold]Action Skill Cooldown Rate[/skillbold] for a few seconds. This effect stacks Red Text: I can do this all day. They are seperated by team: Hyperion, Hyperion Service Bots, Looter, and Pretty Boy There may be more I'm not seeing as I saw some interesting reskinned/renamed enemies in the gameplay showcase. BIG spoiler warning for the story of the dlc
30/7/20 Weekly GTA Online Bonuses + Meeting The New Moderators And Reviewing The Rules:
Here is the link to the weekly GTA Online Bonuses: Hi, it's your new neighborhood moderator u/7DeadlyFetishes, along with u/CausticPenguino, u/PapaXan, u/Dan6erbond, u/Tonan, u/Brooksy925, and u/LesterCrestBot! Over the pass few days we've been fine tuning the bot for faster and easier moderation, and taking a more active role in community content curation. We're making this announcement post both to introduce the new mods to the community but also outline the moderation discipline that we'll be enforcing, and we encourage you all to follow along so that our rules can be universally understood by all. The more informed you are on rules, and less likely your going to have to deal with us! Rule 1 - Overused Content And Content Relevancy From here on out Rule 1 will be the most strictly enforced rule, given that reason us mods were invited to join the team in the first place was the rapid amount of content flooding gtaonline, with most of those submissions relying on overused memes, discussions topics, and questions. Below is a list of common submissions and topics that are now banned from the discussion space on gtaonline, this list is vast and very broad right now given the state the of subreddit, but we'll probably unban and/or loosen our grip on memes and topics as time goes on, but that's only if users like you bring a new angle or discussion point when it comes to a particular subject. -Rule 1 Continued - Content Submissions That Will Result in Immediate Removal:
Any post with the topic of "Oppressor MKII."
-Discussions related to the Oppressor often fall into two camps, where one group likes it because it helps grinders, and the other group despise it for it's toxic nature. for two straight years that has been the discussion about the Oppressor, and we doubt that the range of conversation related to the vehicle is going to be expanding anytime soon.
Tryhards and/or Griefers are bad.
-Hating tryhards and greifers is equivalent to hating people who kick very small, fragile, cute animals. It's not a controversial position to dislike toxic individuals, and if anything, the relentless whining and complaining around these players only emboldens them more to just to get a reaction out of you chumps. This also extends to K/D ratio and EWO.
Rockstaservers/devs/business model is bad.
-If this subbreddit was developer supported like the likes of FortNiteBR, where the devs can talk and communicate with the community about ideas for the game or improving issues with the game, then this complaining wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately that is not the case, and whining about expensive prices for vehicles and properties is some secret plot to sell more Sharkcards is a reasonable observation but falls on deaf ears. No one at Rockstar is getting owned by your epic may-may about how the servers are trash, so save your breath and avoid the ban.
Unnamed youtuber who makes clickbait GTA Online videos is bad.
-Y'all know who I'm talking about, no amount of trolling, petitions, or stupid memes is going to make him go away. Most if not all of his base of viewers are not subscribed, they're casual watchers who probably are not deeply invested in GTA Online like the rest of us, so there's not much one can do to prevent him from accruing views besides NOT giving him any attention. Remember that there's no such thing as bad publicity.
Memes and discussions related to GTA 6.
-Let's get the record straight, while it's true that Rockstar sees the potential of GTA Online for the cash cow that it is; that doesn't necessarily correlate with the fact that GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet for the next generation. RDR2 was released just nearly 2 years ago, and game development is more complex then ever before. The reason why Rockstar was able to deliver yearly games was the fact that 3 of the 5 console releases of GTA were running on the same engine, from 2001. The GTA 6 discourse is less "discussion" and more "hate-jerking," therefore we see the topic as invaluable clutter discussion.
Miscellaneous overused memes.
-Finally in a list too large to cover in detail, here is an album of 30 unique images and submissions that have been circulated on the subreddit since it's inception. These memes are been beaten to death like our good friend Johnny Klebitz at the beginning of Trevor's story arc. A general rule of thumb for interested posters in our subreddit: If you see a gta meme on a platform that is not reddit, there's a 110% percent chance that meme has already been featured on gtaonline. -Rule 1 Continued - Discussion Topics And Ideas That Will be Removed Immediately: -Similar to the ban list above, many users on this subreddit love to engage in brain storming new ideas for the game, and while we actively encourage community engagement, this roundup of ideas and discussion topics have been done to death, and therefore we'll be seeking action to take them down.
"Rockstar should allow us to buy all our snacks at once."
-Won't happen.
"Rockstar should make a single player DLC for a 7 year old game."
-The Rockstar Games studio doens't have a big red flashing button on the wall that says, "Release GTA 5 Single Player DLC," content like that takes an entire studio to developm it's pipe dreams.
"Rockstar should finish construction of the Mile High Club."
-Many missions both in story mode and in online take place, under, inside, and on top of the tower, and while it wouldn't be impossible for Rockstar to remove these missions, the simple truth of the matter is that Rockstar wanted a construction set piece in Los Santos, it was never meant to be finished. Besides, in game story lore states that the tower wasn't being built fast enough because construction was purposely trying to get contract extensions to get more money out of the investors.
"Rockstar should increase Sharkcard payouts."
-Won't happen.
"Rockstar should change old missions payouts."
-Won't happen.
"Rockstar should sell police vehicles."
-Rockstar has stated multiple times that the what makes a GTA game a GTA game is the dynamic of criminal versus police, cops and robbers, and much less a cops and robbers DLC was explicitly stated by Rockstar to never happen because it conflicts with the core dynamic of the game.
"Rockstar should do map expansions."
-I'm unaware of how large GTA Online's dev team is; but it most certainly isn't large enough to add an entire fucking map to a 7 year old game, much less an online game. These are not realistic suggestions, it's all just the community hyping itself up for speculation, which is not valuable discussion.
"Rockstar should allow us to buy the nuclear sub/aircraft carrier."
-Fun ideas for sure, but these have been suggested multiple times, and will probably never occur.
"Rockstar should have a timer on the casino wheel."
-So help me god if one of you neanderthals suggest this fucking idea again i'll personally find you and rip off your head and shit down your neck. Either spin the wheel and remember when you spun it or not spin it at all because the sheer volume of these posts vastly surmount that of actual change on Rockstar's end of the bargain.
"Rockstar should make lobbies just for grinders/pvp etc."
-Rockstar has never even dabbled with servers dynamics before, what makes you think that they're going to change that now? In Summary of The Rule 1 Discipline -To round off the what the Mod Discipline will be for rule 1, if you don't want your posts removed or even for you to get banned, just use a little more brain power than what your using right now. There's plenty to talk about the game without having to conform to broad community topics. Rule 2 - Be Respectful -This is as simple as it comes, but it has to be stated, don't be a dick to other users on the subreddit. If for example you see someone posting a picture of the new car they won at the podium wheel, don't write a 5 paragraph essay on why they should have been aborted for posting their lucky break at the casino wheel. Instead, just report it and move on. And if you see anyone else giving another a hard time, do your duty and report toxic users, this is a safe community and we want to celebrate GTA Online for everyone, not scare people away for pedantic reasons. Rule 3 - Use Appropriate Flair -Use the correct flair, we never had a problem with it before, so lets keep it that way. Rule 4 - Use Descriptive Titles -Many of the posts that we have to moderate come in the form of questions, many of these question often lack any direction whatsoever, "Best Business?" or "How to do Casino Heist" leave lots to the imagination, and likewise people who are googling answers to their GTA Online inquiries also benefit from descriptive Reddit titles. In short, make good titles, otherwise your post is out. Rule 5 - Suggestion Posts -Suggestion posts must contain some initial discussion by the OP, preferably in the form of a text post. Images can be linked in the post content but cannot comprise the entirety of your post. "DAE want this vehicle" posts should be posted as comments in the Weekly Simple Question thread. Rule 6 - No Promotion of Cheating -Active promotion of cheating (the deliberate use of cheats, hacks, mods, exploits, glitches, and other methods to gain an unfair advantage over other players or at the expense of other players' right to a fair game experience) will result in a permanent ban. No asking for modded money or for help regarding cheating. Admissions of cheating may be removed at the moderators' discretion. Purely cosmetic glitches that do not affect other players are allowed. Rule 7 - No Heist Recruitment -Cream of the crop can be found here.
Rule 8 - Youtube Content -Read this post to understand what types of YouTube content are allowed to be posted. Rule 9 - "Looking For Players" Posts Should Include Relevant Information -LFP posts should include platform information, in-game name, timezone, and other information where applicable. Rule 10 - Questions Better Suited For The FAQ -Do not make a post just to ask questions about the following topics:
Best [thing] in the game/"Is [x] better or is [y] better?"
"DAE want to see [this] in the game?"
"A hacker did something to me, what do I do?"
In-game discounts and updates
How to use a vehicle, weapon, properties, or other core game functions
Questions about the game servers
Making money and leveling up
Any purchasing decision questions
These types of questions must be posted in the Weekly Question Thread. Rule 11 - Moderation Discretion -Moderators reserve the right to approve, remove, lock or otherwise deal with any post or comment at our discretion. Moderators reserve the right to ban users at our discretion. Rules are enforced according to their spirit and not their letter. Users are welcome to appeal moderator actions with respectful arguments, but moderators have the final say in how rules are interpreted and actions carried out. Closing Remarks -We have long road ahead of us, so if we're going to make the subreddit a better place it requires a strong mod/user relationship, as the moderators, we're going to use every tool at our disposal to make sure that all the content on the subreddit is informative and enjoyable, and you dear user have the responsibility of reporting questionable content and making quality posts. Together we can make this subreddit a better place, and with a new update over the horizon there's no other better place for information, memes and the community than gtaonline! -7DeadlyFetishes --oh yeah and the rest of the mods

[XBOX] Me and my friends worst and disgusted GTA V Online crew “TEAM” experience!!!
With this post Me and my friend would like to share with everyone about a very disgusting treatment by “TEAM” crew via Xbox platform. So my friend/mentor of GTA was a crew member of this crew called “TEAM” but after I joined the crew (I saw on Reddit he advertised the crew) he left. I tried to find him because, he was the one who posted this crew, so I asked him what happened? He refused to tell me at the beginning but after he saw I’m trustful he told me the whole story: “One night i was in an crew session with only crew members with me altogether there were 4 players. I was having fun and fooling around with riding a bicycle lol, then I ride close to one of the crew member, the guy stopped his car and came close to me with a rifle but I couldn’t imagine he would kill me because our crew has serious rules about NO TEAM mate KILLING and NO KILLING back ! Because before they used to kicked one player. So I had no balls to kill back lol. So, I didn’t move just kept riding, then when he saw me ride away he shot me down and killed me. Some more details is I had a 5k bounty on me, but still the rules are about no killing even if you got a bounty. I got a little mad but I didn’t kill him back, so first I made a report to the crew discord bot, then later I could get a report solution, plus I told the story in general chat and proved with killing history picture. But from here they gave me a BIG surprise, two of the new crew mods, started to making jokes about its was fair killing because who the hell rides a bike in game .... Well it doesn’t felt good because they gave me the feeling like they won’t care, so I said please warn the guy because rules are rules NO KILLING, if you two won’t warn him as mod, then I’ll kill him back. At this point one of the mod officially warned me if I kill back it means I’ll break the rules and he will warn or kick me.... WOW! It left a very bad taste in my mouth but I carried on and didn’t talk more in the chat, and later the crew GM joined and started to making fun about the bike too... but they don’t get the point is if they gave us a rule and someone broke it they should care 🤷🏻♂️ but they warned me the one who got killed lol.... WTH? After the incident, I’ve waited 4-5 days for the crew report system (usually the mods has to reply), but nothing and no one contacted me.... So I felt disgusted then I left with peace. After 1-2 days I left “One other mod” texted me in pm asking me why I left, so I told him I’m not satisfied with the mods job, not keeping with the rules and made jokes on me, but he didn’t really answered my questions or problems, he kept asking me how does he going to do casino heist b2b.... (because I was the best hacker in the crew). So I told him we can still do but I won’t go back until the mods not changing their mind and giving me an answer (tried to be nice with him).” By the a week passed I was still in their discord chat, I saw people started asking about My friend but the mods had no balls telling everyone why he left, the mods just started to bash dirt on his name, saying he broke the rules with wanted to kill team crew .... but they never told why, plus he never did kill anyone “just wanted”. I felt as a spectator its so unfair, so I posted the story to gtavonline subreddit and commented their crew team recruitment. With 3-4 days passed the mod who warned my friend saw my comment and my post so he started bash dirt on us saying my friend is a “cry baby” and left because he couldn’t kill back 🤦🏻♂️ but as a grown man they don’t understand their job ,if you made a team rule as mod, why can’t your keep it up? Why would you make jokes when someone report something, first of all it’s so disrespectful, and after an official report, how couldn’t your give the client a solution or answer ? But this is not everything ! He started bash more dirts saying my friend never helped them always left when they needed him, which is not true because for very their heist he helped them hack and make the sales too! Even on his own heist my friend helped him, but when we mentioned it in the comment he had no face to answer the truth. And an other crew member on discord started to saying people are dck calling other players dck and dirty words.... It really shows this crew energy and mentality 🤢. Other players were curious about the details so they started asking “the mod who warned my friend “ people gave him few questions about the incident but he couldn’t even answer any of them, only tried to cover up his mistakes and taking circles around the case. The story not ended here, yesterday night the mod One of the other mod texted ThreeTheCEO my friend on Xbox about why we shared the story sharing and chat histories. (They don’t like that we made their fault so viral). My friend kindly asked him to add him back to discord. But here the sh*t going to pop up: My friend told them, because it’s true and people gotta know the truth and you guys couldn’t give me the right solution, and this Other mod started to cover up again, saying it’s all my friends fault, he didn’t keep going contacting the mods about the incident.... LOL let me ask you guys , what’s the mods job? Isn’t their job if someone report something, then they have to solve it ???? How comes like the member has to keep going after the mods ? 🤔 Saying my friend is mad and left just because he couldn’t kill back ... OMG... they still don’t understand he left because they didn’t give a F and kicked up the team rules as mods. In the end my friend said he wants peace but first the mod who lied and warned my friend has to tell the crew members the truth about he never broke the rules, but left with peace and stop lying about him. But this Other mod wasn’t happy with it he said we have to first delete the posts then he’ll see... 😂 He really felt himself like in some drug transaction. But we said no only if he apologies about his lies and tell the truth to others plus correct his lies about my friend. So This mod who contacted my friend went crazy mad and deleted my friend ... And for today the liar mod deleted himself from Reddit, because more people saying he’s lying and he couldn’t face it. Here some chat and story and comment from them and us: https://www.reddit.com/gtaonlinecrews/comments/f3xff1/xbox_one_team_crew_discord_recruiting/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf https://www.reddit.com/gtaonline/comments/hr9n62/worst_gta_v_crew_experience/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf Please help us let more people know about this rotten crew and don’t let other new players get treated like this ! Please like and share the post! Thank you!
My 2 emails were hacked by malware, the hacker created 2 AdWords accounts and around 11 campaigns in total for some casino fake sites, some campaigns were shut down immediately for violating the rules and some ran for a day and half half before google shut them down too along with suspending the account and realising the credit card the hacker gave them is invalid, they are now trying to charge me around 2000 dollars in total for everything. They only have my phone number. I never even used AdWords in my life and the campaigns are obviously click bait that looks like bot work, the links they posted seem to leed to a site called inkskintattoo.website Will google send collection agents to track me down? Cause i declared a comprised account charges and fraudulent charges plus even went to the local police to file complaints. Can't get anyone on the phone from Google ATM. Please consult me
Casino heist big con 1-2 players. MORE INFO IN THE COMMENTS.
I need 1-2 players to help me with the big con casino heist. Target is cash. If it goes according to plan then we can do this without having to shoot anyone. I'm gonna hack while the rest go for the cash. We have 3:30 time. Once we get the money we go for the noose disguise, exit the staff door, follow race track, steal random car, go to tunnel, then deliver. Mic is bot necessary if you know what you're doing but preferred. Please know what ur doing.
Edit: The bottom aren’t crimes they just are my idea overflows. If only there was a way to edit Reddit thread titles lol. Attend a street racing event. There’s a 60% caught rate. As you can either choose to run away or surrender to the police likewise and like so. Shoplift. There will be a 50% caught rate. You can sell certain things like a flatscreen TV or something like that for money for example but the more valuable the item is the more money you’ll get if you sell it in the black market. Go naked. With a 80% caught rate with either you will get a ticket to actually being caught and sent to jail for about a month and you won’t need to age for this it will just be considered a life event but you will still get a criminal record anyway for it if you do this. Disturb The Peace. You can start yelling in a grocery store. Yell at a church. Yell in public. Or start running through the store or playing the floor is lava in the library for example. You’ll get 3 months in jail due to disturbing the peace and there will be a 80% caught rate. Copyright Infringement: You will just be sued for this. No criminal charges. It’s if you sample something in a song you made if you’re a musician without permission, if you use someone else’s image and make it your logo, you can be sued for less than if you used a sample without their permission. Street race. There will be a 70% caught rate. You can do wager races, pink slip races, and even police chases in the mini game where you can smash cop cars (if you get caught it will be attempted murder if you do this), there will be a little mini game too so that it will be more interactive. You can start doing it at 16 when you can have a license. Rob a bank. There will be a 50% caught rate but there will be a little mini game where you have to hack through the bank. You can also hire people to aid in your robbing as well using the dark web. Wire Fraud. There will be a 40% caught rate. There will be a little mini game where you have to hack through the bank. Hack. It will have a 50% caught rate. Have Sex Underage. With a 60% caught you which will be sent to Juvie for 3 years for underage sex and become a sex offender. You and your partner will face the same level of crimes. Only your partner can decide on wether not you’ll have sex but you can ask them if they want to in which they’ll have the final decision. Either your parents will find you and beat you up, ground you, or call the police. This will increase your happiness but it’s extremely risky like other crimes. It will even warm you before doing this that you are about to do an extremely risky thing. Gamble More Than $10,000. With a 40% caught rate at first and the more you do it will become 70% as the bank you put your money in will smell at rat and one and you’ll be investigated and potentially arrested for doing this for 5 years for illegal gambling. Open an Illegal Casino. With a 60% caught rate. You may or may not get caught but you will make a lot of money and you will have to buy a couple things like a radar distributor and a police scanner and an instant hider as well as a map wiper. Deal drugs you can choose what drugs to sell and it will have the same caught rate as stealing a car. You can choose what drugs you wanna deal. Join a Gang: If you join a gang, you’ll be at a huge risk of being hurt or dying form your wounds cause you’ll be held at gunpoint a lot and if you attack other gang members you’ll be killed. So it’s a high risk. Ignore Traffic Laws. You will have a 50% caught rate. If you get caught you will be ticketed. Although if you continue to get caught over 3 times you’ll lose your license for a year. And if you continue to do this after that it will be revoked and you’ll have to hire a personal driver for $50 per hour or drive without a license. You can decrease your chances of getting caught the faster your car is and the more lights and license plate covers you put on your car. Drive Without a License. If you loose your license for reckless driving you won’t have a license and if you wanna drive without a license there will be a 40% caught rate. In which you’ll got to jail for 1 year. And the more you continue to do it, the more your future jail sentences will be every time you get caught. Get a Fake ID. You can buy on with bitcoin online and once you have it you can get into clubs but if you get into fights you’ll be arrested since the cops will eventually find out you’ve used a fake ID to get into the club. And you can attend events with your parents and older friends. Drink Underage. You can also have a drink with stuff you bought at the liquor store with your Fake ID or just your parents’ Alchool. You can also ask your parents to buy you Alchool for you as well so you can have more drinks. You can also be caught for it if you do it at a party and the cops bust the party for noise complaints. Do Drugs. Be careful as you’ll become addicted if you do it too much and your parents might find out potentially. If you do it at a party or a club you’ll have a 60% caught rate. Fraud. There will be a 60% caught rate if you pretend to sell something online. Click Fraud. If you install a bot on your YouTube channel you’ll be sued by google for click fraud and not only will you loose your channel and have to make another one and start your whole career all over again, you’ll also have will have to pay a humongous fine as well. There is a 80% caught rate. Other Stuff: The ability to take the license plate off the car. To decrease your chances of being caught for it. You’ll need to do this if you are becoming a street racer so the police don’t arrest you and so you don’t become wanted. The ability to tint your windows or buy shades or disguises so you can get away form the police if you are street racing. You can also make a fake name as well so you’ll be known as that so you won’t have to reveal your identity to any of by our street racer friends but your chances of being caught are higher the more famous you are at like 40% percent the more famous you get the more likely you are to eventually get caught someday doing it. Put a fake dealership on the car. Which will even further decrease your chances of getting caught. Put a fake label on the car and pretend it’s another brand. Which would potentially get you sued for copyright infringement if you sell it. The ability to buy non-street legal parts like spoilers and bodykits that aren’t street legal. Which would get your car impounded potentially the more upgrades you put on it. But if you attend and participate in street racing events you’ll get more reputation and if your car is faster you’ll win the races and get paid a lot of money. You can do this at 16 but your parents will become suspicious. The ability to move to Mexico, and then another country after that to get away from the police and it will be another option to get away from being arrested. Once you become a frequent street racer you’ll have a rep section on your “Street Rep” section int the, “Commit a Crime” section. You can check to see how much money you’ve made and how much you’re known in the street racing community. Then you can also be promoted or even kicked out for neglecting them if you cease doing it for a while. If you sell a stolen car, and the person you sell it to gets caught after you sell it to them with it, your, “Guilt” level will rise which will compromise your happiness as you will have the feeling Iike you just, “Killed a Man” kind of thing. Import a Car. It will cost a lot over $1,000,000 to do this. You can also illegally import it which will have a 80% caught rate and you will be put in prison for 3 years for smuggling and you obviously will lose the car and it will be crushed. Non-criminal stuff: (NOT related to this topic and just my idea overflow so I don’t end up looking like I’m spamming the sub which I don’t mean to, just very excited about my ideas that’s all haha lol.) The ability to admit your fetishes to people which may comprise your reputation and cause your parents or your friends to judge you. (With the ability of doing nothing about it or insulting or arguing with them back.) The ability to do kinks with your partner. Whatever your fetish is. .........you get the point. But be careful cause If you do BDSM, you will get a lot of injuries and your health might potentially go down, and if you do it to your partner they could have the right to sue you for assault by 30%. Not a whole lot of a risk, but it can potentially be based on the person that you are with. The ability to give your partner a lap dance. This is a way of getting your partner to like you by 10%. Get naked in front of your partner. This will make your partner like you by 20%. Tell you partner what they like. This will increase your partners’ appreciation for you by 15%.
21:19:51 // 04-JUN-2042 Normally, Dodge avoided the entertainment district with the same zeal he avoided human contact in general. It was too shrill, too hectic, too fake. Nothing was unpleasant. Nothing was real. Which, Dodge supposed, was the key to providing mindless escapism. The deafening music and epileptic lights radiating from every club, casino, and hotdog cart made Dodge want to run away screaming as though his hair were on fire. But he couldn’t. They had to find Joshua. Besides, if they didn’t he’d never get paid. Before he dove into the crowd, he stopped under a massive revolving display advertising the revival of Cats, used his mobile to access his data locker, and instructed an agent to search for information on ‘Len Quid,’ ‘Blair,’ and ‘Joshua Warner.’ The agent reported back a few seconds later. The ‘Blair’ search contained too many results to bother with, and there was no new information on Len. One of the bots would surely have discovered Len’s body when he didn’t come down for his evening drink, so if there was no news, someone must have moved it. Most likely the Burning Spear when they came to claim the wounded soldiers, but either way, the cover-up was in full effect. The name Joshua Warner produced a few hits belonging to a seven year-old trumpet prodigy in Kentucky and an English football star, but nothing relevant. Sometimes, as useful as the link was, having the combined wealth of human knowledge at his fingertips wasn’t really as helpful as it should have been. Against his better judgment, he checked the search watching for mentions of his name. References to ‘Montrose Douglas Dodgson’ appeared more than seventy-thousand times, nearly a third having originated within the past day. He picked one at random: a report from a Patriot support ring hypothesizing Mr. Dodgson’s muscle augmentations had been performed in the Free Republic of Texas, and calling for an immediate retributive invasion. A knot coiled in his gut. He didn’t know why he bothered with news about himself. Like everything else, it only made him feel worse. Dodge disengaged the mobile with a disgusted swipe just as a blue and while uniformed Patriot soldier collided with him, nearly knocking him over. The soldier stopped and scowled. Her faceplate glowed turquoise as the camera in her helmet scanned and compared Dodge’s face against a database of known, suspected, or profile-matching criminals and returned the results to her. This was it. He was caught for sure. Sweat blossomed on his forehead. He glanced around for an escape route, but it was too late. The Patriots were wearing exo suits that enhanced their strength and speed. If he tried to run they’d nab him for sure. A long second passed as the the Patriot gave him a stern look, but instead of detaining him, she mumbled a warning to watch where he was going and fell back in beside her partner. The search must have come up empty. All that surgery had been worth every excruciating dollar. Still, he figured he’d better put some distance between them, dropped his head, and plunged into the crowd. As much as he despised being around people, Dodge had always been fascinated by the crowd mentality. When walking in an empty street, people strode confidently, purposefully, conscious not to appear weak. Conversely, when surrounded by like-minded strollers, people let their guard down, surrendering themselves to the sanctuary of the crowd. This probably explained why so many pickpockets worked the area: people didn’t notice they had been robbed until they were alone and once again on guard against the evils of the world. Maybe that explained why Joshua liked it here; he could simply be part of the crowd instead of the reason it had gathered. Dodge zipped past the casinos and barely glanced at a staged shoot-out as it erupted outside the ‘Casa Nostra.’ Interactive advertisements beckoned to him from storefronts, enticing him with secret bargains, medical miracles, and artificial pleasures. He didn’t have a rep score so the ads were all generalized, but it didn’t stop them from trying. Glittering fast-food franchises pumped their artificially enhanced smells into the air, creating an umbra of scent detectable from blocks away, easily traceable back to the source. His mouth watered at the smell of grilled meat and he realized he hadn’t eaten in a day. He continued on past a solid block of neon-laced businesses providing access to virtual worlds, promising the ability to live out adventurous lives and erotic fantasies. They didn’t seem like the kinds of places Klaxon Overdrive would hang out. The crowd thickened ahead of him. Annoyed, Dodge looked up and stopped dead in his tracks. Before him was a three-story club that appeared to have no front wall. The interior of the club was dark, lit only by the otherworldly glow of fluorescent clothing under black light. Patrons circulated on three floors, thrashing to the music, cradling shimmering, multi-hued drinks. They seemed oblivious to the people gazing up at them. It took another moment of incredulous scrutiny—and the name of the club, ‘Voyeur,’ sliding past along the wall in six-foot high red block-capital letters—before Dodge realized that the outer wall was nothing but a huge depth-generating screen. Frustrated with how easily he had been fooled, Dodge marched to the bouncer and paid the cover with his cashcard. There were a lot of clubs to search and the ‘Voyeur’ was as good a place to start as any. As he walked through the doors, Dodge was hit by a startling blast of arctic air. He had been hot for so long he had almost forgotten what cool air felt like. He stopped for a moment and let the chill surround him, drying the beaded sweat from his forehead. Even if Joshua wasn’t here, the refreshment was worth the price of admission. The inside of the club looked exactly as it had been advertised: full of colorful, drunken gyrating bodies. What couldn’t be seen from outside, however, was the interior of the curved front wall. It showed, in grotesque enormity, the faces of those watching from outside. The spectators’ features bulged, every pore and wrinkle magnified. It was like being inside a massive terrarium, with giants silently observing. Dodge scanned the dancing faces, but no one seemed to be looking at him suspiciously. In fact, no one was looking at him at all. That was another reason why he hated crowds—even surrounded by people he felt like an outsider, like he didn’t belong. He made a sweep through the first floor and was ascending the stairs to the second when he realized the earsplitting music was a remix of Heart on My Hand, one of Klaxon’s biggest hits. The tributes had already started. Musicians would be remixing and rerecording Klaxon’s work, flavoring his distinct instrumental style with their own to produce new twists on his songs. They’d all be uploaded and disseminated around the world for his eager fans to devour. Dodge wouldn’t have been surprised if the song playing had been finished just hours ago. Joshua wasn’t on the second floor. Nor was he on the third, ‘VIP’ floor, which required a short argument punctuated with a bribe before he was granted access to find out. Dodge went back over the floors again, then just to be sure, asked a passing busboy if he had seen a man who looked vaguely like Klaxon Overdrive, wearing a black hooded jacket. “I seen plenty of black jackets, but the only time I seen Klaxon Overdrive is every time I look at a screen,” he yelled, his bin of empty bottles and glasses shifting on his shoulder. “I’m already sick of seeing that guy’s face everywhere I look.” Dodge nodded and turned away. Sure Joshua wasn’t lurking anywhere inside, Dodge returned to the street. After the air-conditioned club, the humidity felt even stronger. A drop of sweat materialized on his temple and ran down his cheek. He took off his jacket and slung it over his shoulder. He tried ‘Tonic’ and ‘The Croc’ and ‘Infiltrator,’ all older clubs that wouldn’t begin drawing crowds until near midnight. They were all practically empty, populated only by bored bartenders and waitstaff chatting with each other. Dodge asked if anyone had seen a man who looked like Klaxon Overdrive. Not surprisingly, no one had. He was running out of clubs to search. Hopefully Blair was having better luck. Though if she had found Joshua, she would have called … at least he thought she would. Dodge couldn’t figure her out. He could see Blair defying her bosses and snatching Klaxon away from them, but that didn’t explain why she had risked her life, and the life of Joshua—the man she was trying to protect—by helping him. She wanted Joshua’s DNA back, that could explain it, but Dodge felt there had to be more to it. Len would have been able to see exactly what was going on. He was so adept at putting things together, he could have assembled a two thousand-piece puzzle of the starless night sky in the dark. But Len was gone. He had no one to rely on now but himself, and figuring people out was not his strong suit. Dodge continued further west. Clubs this far out, on the edge of the entertainment district, where the glittering screens gave way to garbage-strewn alleys and cracked LED streetlights, had to cater to more specialized clientele. He stopped outside an abandoned-looking building, which, judging by the proliferation of latex, black eye makeup and computer-related body-mods on the patrons in line, was a techno-goth bar. He bypassed the line with a fifty-NAD swipe of his cashcard and slipped inside. As he descended the short flight of steps someone stranded in line yelled at him, threatening to find out who he was and hack his life into non-existence for jumping the queue. Dodge chuckled joylessly as he entered the club. As if a mere hacker could do anything to make his life any worse. He stepped inside and ghoulish dark enveloped him like a closing fist. Heavy maroon curtains laced with fiber optic weaving lined the walls, devouring the already inadequate light. A grime-coated chrome fan spun lazily on the black ceiling. Scab-colored velour couches hunkered in the dark, with patrons lounging across them like wilted flowers over a casket. The words ‘Castle of Otranto’ hovered in the THC-hazed air above the dance floor, the nauseous green letters designed to look like they were dripping onto the people below. People emerged from the smoky shadows, faces wan from the drug cocktails coursing through them, looking like the reanimated dead—which was probably the point. They staggered to the music, heads down, explosive hairstyles pulsating, luminous makeup heavy over closed eyes, with glowing ecigs clenched lightly between slender fingers. Those few in street clothes were obviously tourists, there only to ogle the freak-show. It looked exactly like a place where Klaxon Overdrive would hang out: dark, heavily romanticized, and thick with necromantic overtones. They were even playing his song Inhuman Symphony remixed into a funeral-paced dirge, yearning vocals begging for destruction. Surveying the crowd, Dodge noticed at least ten black hooded figures. Each resembled Klaxon Overdrive slightly, some with bone-straight black hair or a lithe physique or a gaunt face, but none of them were Joshua. On his second pass through the club, Dodge glimpsed a slim figure wearing a jacket like Joshua’s wobble into a narrow hallway behind the bar. Dodge snaked after, skirting past the swaying dancers. The hallway led to a small, well-lit storeroom tucked between the bar and the bathrooms. Empty metal shelves lined the walls. Dodge squinted into the comparatively intense light and saw a dozen ashen-faced patrons slumped on cheap plastic chairs arranged along the walls, passed out or well on their way. A garbage bin sat in the center of the room, congealed vomit splashed on the floor all around it. The figure Dodge had been pursuing clutched the rim, and was heaving her guts out. It wasn’t Joshua. It was a girl, eyes red-rimmed and hollow with need, no older than fourteen. A white-faced doll—dressed in a matching ribbon-laced white shirt and black platform shoes—lay in vomit next to its owner’s bent knees. She gazed up at him. Her spit-flecked lips extended in a pout ten years too old for her face as clutched his pant leg. Her grasp barely wrinkled the fabric. “Hey sexy, you holding? Froot Loops? Q?” Dodge recoiled. His leg slipped from her fingers. “No … No, I—” “How’s the academy?” a deep voice said from behind him. Dodge spun. Two ‘tude boys—members of an online clan and dressed in emulation of their digital avatars—had followed him into the room. Small, back-mounted holo-projectors beamed red letters above their heads: Ranta and Don’ch, presumably their clan names. Their outfits were ridiculous: royal blue velveteen jerkins, ruffled golden blouses, and Egyptian-styled facial hair. It made them look like posturing, historically confused, seventeenth century dandies. Anything but dangerous. But the unflinching look in their eyes and the way their muscles twitched under their antiquated clothing made it clear they weren’t playing around. “Excuse me?” Dodge said, blinking his eyes, looking back and forth between Ranta and the girl on the floor. Don’ch, towering over his verbal companion, jerked his braided goatee. His regiment of spiked platinum hair conveyed impending aggression. “Don’t they learn you nerfs ‘bout undercover work, narc-o?” Ranta spat the last word and followed through with a head-fake lunge. As he spoke he jived his hands in a blur, movements that would have meant something had his hands been inside in a feelE airboard—probably directing a large sword or other exotic weapon to swing out in a decapitating blow. Remaining otherwise still, Don’ch crossed his arms. His biceps writhed under the rich fabric. Dodge raised his hands, dangling his jacket like a matador suddenly realizing that messing with an incensed bull was an incredibly stupid way to die. “Easy fellas, I don’t want any trouble.” “I reckon not.” Ranta blurred forward. Surprisingly willowy fingers shoved Dodge backwards. The metal shelves caught him and clattered against the plaster wall. No one else in the room was paying attention. Up close, Dodge could see Ranta’s pupils constricted to the point of invisibility, the iris an unbroken blue disk. Most likely due to omnipotence, the street drug that increased reaction time, enhanced strength, dulled pain, and amplified the perceptions of moral right and wrong. He was in trouble. Sweat ran down his back like someone had rammed a garden hose in his shirt and turned on the faucet. “We don’t like newbs in here. Check?” Ranta’s breath was hot and moist on Dodge’s cheek. It smelled softly of skunk. “We pro-tec ‘dese ro-tan from pervs like you, Alice.” His pride wanted to fight but, as always, panic prevailed. Maybe Blair could have taken on two juiced-up stim-freaks, but he’d end up shattered in intensive care while doctors grew him another set of internal organs and re-knit his bones. “Lesson time,” Ranta raised a tight fist, preparing to cave Dodge’s face in with his smooth knuckles, but his associate stepped forward and clasped his arm. “Detach, Ran. This carb ain’t nothing. He’s horlan. Ain’t you, carb?” Eyes wide, Dodge nodded madly, not knowing what he was agreeing with. Ranta unlaced his fingers and wiped them across his lips. “Scata,” Ranta said, grabbed two handfuls of Dodge’s sweat-dampened shirt and tossed him out into the hallway. Face flushed, Dodge scrambled away, his soles slipping on the slick tiles. Laughter chased him down the hall. He streaked through the club, up the steps, shoved his way through the line outside and raced down the street, embracing the clinging humidity as a sign of safety. Heart racing as stress chemicals dashed through his body, he tried to straighten his shirt, tucking the loose tails back into his pants, while getting as far away as possible. This was exactly why he never left the house.
